Mark A. Gussin
Mark A. Gussin is of-counsel to Relias and Tsonis, LLC, where he works on prosecuting Specific Tax Objection lawsuits, as well as assisting with various other real estate tax appeals. He also maintains a general practice with a concentration in real estate and related matters, which have included purchase/sale transactions, leasing, condominium conversions, decondominiumizations, forcible entry and detainer actions, and the preparation and filing of mechanics liens.
Mark was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois and the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1995. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and its Real Estate Law Section. Mark earned his JD with Honors in 1995 from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law, and received his B.A. with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, MO in 1991.
Mark’s legal experience includes serving as of-counsel to Enterprise Law Group, LLP and Zave H. Gussin, Attorney at Law. He has also been an Associate Attorney with Fosco, VanderVennet and Fullett, P.C. and Marks, Marks and Kaplan, Ltd. Mark earned a teacher certification from North Park University and has additional experience in the field of education.
